Title loan Lender repossessed or sold the vehicle Ohio

Thr lender keeps contacklting me about a vehicle that I have n't had in my possession since - of 2015. I was assuming that they were the ones who repossed my vechile since I didnt have anything else on it. I want the calls to stop while I 'm at work! I 've mentioned several times to contact me when I 'm not working, however, the company refuses to contact me within those time frames, not to mention its probably illegal for the representives to call me from their personal cell phones which actually did happen!
