Citibank Credit card department,
Citibank refused to provide credit card for Costco membership, statements from - account transferred to them, credit card, account number or any information about account since the change from - to Citibank happened in -/-/2016. They apologized and promised to fix the issues but never did, and literally alerted me that this very long delay and lack of payment was not going to affect my credit score since would not be reported as delinquent account, because it was Citibank who failed to provide all the necessary information, account, statements and card. But today i found out they actually did report account as delinquent totally undermining my credit score, plus adding hundred of dollars of fees and charges and on interests for the time they did not allow me to have any access to account they created and never allowed access to. I have also been told they have closed account and will continue never to receive any of the executive membership I pay for to Costco. Costco does not care and refer me back to Citibank not taking any responsibility for it. I do have phone call records as evidence of Citibank staff making false statement, including they alert that my credit score will never be affected/issue thy created reported. I can provide these records as necessary.
