I am filing this complaint against Transunion because they are not removing unauthorized inquires that do not have a permissible purpose. I am writing to you to request that you remove the following unauthorized inquiry ( ies ) from my credit report : These creditors did not have permissible purpose to pull my credit. I did not engage them nor did they extend any lines of credit to me. Under U.S.C 1681n if the following inquiries are not removed from my reports since there was no permissible purpose I will be seeking statutory damages, punitive damages and the cost of the action and reasonable attorney fees. You have violated the FCRA Section 1681b ( c ) Since you have listed this inquiry against me I am requesting that you either mail me a copy of my signed authorization form that gave the creditor the right to view my credit within ( 5 ) business days so
Your failure to comply with my request within five ( 5 ) business days will be my evidence to use in Federal Court of your willful noncompliance [ 15 U.S.C 1681n ] and I will be seeking all damages listed above. the following inquiries do not meet FCRA guidelines and need to be removed immediately. 1. -. I do not have a car loan with them and never applied. My loan is financed through my bank. 2. - Never heard of them and I do not have any credit with them. 3. -. Never heard of them and do not have credit with them. 4. -. I do not know who these guys are and I do not have credit with them. 5. -. I have no idea who they are and I do not have any lines of credit with them. These are unauthorized inquiries and I asking for the 4th time that these be deleted from my credit report. Failure do so will result in my filing a complaint with the FTC.
