I.C system has been trying to collect a debt I do n't owe.The original owner of the debt was -.A power provider that advertises its services without the need of a contract or even credit check.My obligation to - was fulfilled and no balance was due upon the termination of service. However, - claims that a contract was entered and an early termination fee is due.Such charge was disputed and removed from my credit report back in - of 2015. However, I.C system is once again trying to collect on a account they know to well is satisfied.Furthermore, they 're once again reporting negative information to the credit bureau.
