I had theft on my - bank card I filed a claim and Wells Fargo promised to send me the forms to complete this never occured. In visiting the - branch in - on a Saturday, I met with a banker and assistant - they were unable to provide me the forms to sign. They contacted an internal department via phone and we waited on the phone for over an hour with no response. The branch - at this location was suppose to call me and never did. As a result my account has now been charged off internally, and a refund of $83.00 from an outside vendor ( - ) returned to my to my Well Fargo Visa Debit card has now disappeared because my account. I have spoken with the - numerous times I need help.
