Equifax Credit card department,
Equifax Consumer - placed a charge on my credit card for $17.00. I called them to determine why the charge was made. I spoke to - folks, in - and the US to try to determine why the charge was made. I was on the phone for over two hours and transferred around the globe. In the end, they suggested, I write a letter and provide copies of my credit card billing, which contains other personal information. They were not able to help me via a phone call.
