Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I bought kitchen backsplash tile from Lowes on -/-/2016 and had it installed on -/-/2016 by a subcontracting company called - -. The job was botched and confirmed by - -. The company offered to fix the job but I wanted a full refund. I 've been following the formal complaint procedures for 2 months and still do n't have a refund of $1800.00 against my Lowes credit card.
