The company has been refusing to properly validate a debt that has been on my credit report for a long time, and I have been damaged as a result. The company claims that I had an original account with some other party and they have been assigned the right to collect it. They need to provide proof of everything about that to me. They need to provide the original contract between them and the original creditor with a true signature and a signature of a qualified employee of that original creditor, they need to provide the full accounting, they need to provide proof of the assignment or the purchase they made from the original creditor. The right of subrogation does not exist for a stranger to the transaction. - - -, - -. There is no right to substitute someone or some entity that was not on an original contract. It is not allowed. I have never done business with this company and I have no idea who this company is.
