Northern Alliance Management/NAM contacted numerous times threatening to call the " feds '' on me bc I supposedly owe a credit card bill. They refuse to provide debt validation only a pay off offer and that 's on via email. They scream at you and then hang up on you. They have been advised until they send us via US mail a debt validation letter not to contact us. It 's in my name only but continue to call my husbands place of business looking for me. They have both my home and cell. They leave rambling messages on vm stating they 'll either come and pick me up or come serve me papers or call the " Feds '' to come and get me. When they leave a vm they do n't advise it 's an attempt to collect a debt nor do they do so once they have you live on the line. They use numerous phone numbers to contact me via. They use a robo caller asking for me to hold for the next available rep. We informed them we suffered ID theft therefore we needed the debt validation letter, I was told that yup all dead beats as myself who refuse to pay her bills say such.
