As a result of Wells Fargo Bank misrepresentation of my balance - - - incurred an overdraft fee of $35.00. - - - issued a Accord and Satisfaction Paid In Full Check Money Order in accordance with California Civil Code 1526, UCC 3-311 & UCC 3-603 on -/-/2016. Wells Fargo Bank accepted the instrument however they failed to extinguish the debt pursuant to the law.
