Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

I contacted AutoTrakk LLC about an account being reported on my Credit File. The direct dispute was received on - -, 2016. On - -, 2016 AutoTrakk responded with a very vague reply stating that the file was verified by them, which is not adequate information for the direct dispute to be considered responded and verified. There was no supporting documentation and the dispute, as far as I am concerned was not resolved by the lack of information provided by the firm. As a result, I am more than sure that the account must be removed from my credit file and the company must cease collection attempts. In addition, when AutoTrakk initiated the repossession process, they did not follow NC state laws and send notification of intent to sale along with the location and other pertinent information about the sale of the vehicle along with deficiency information. Which makes the deficiency balance void.
