Wells Fargo & Company Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
Wells Fargo Auto Fiance is discriminating against and taking advantage of me while I am having medical issues. I have contacted Wells Fargo Twice -/-/2016 and -/-/2016 regarding my Auto loan about getting a two month deferment since I am on medical leave until - and will not be making a paycheck until I return. Both Times I was advised that my MEDICAL ISSUES and not being able to return to work until - is not a hardship! The fist time I called I was blind transferred 3 times and made to verify my info 3 times and finally spoke with a - and - advised me that my Medical issue and not being able to return to work in -/-/- is not a hardship and then asked me how much I have spent. I adv that its not spending its the fact that I wont rec a paycheck until I return to work. She then said I would need to be working to get help! If I was working I would n't need the help! She kept giving me a hard time about what I have spent and not what I will be spending on medical help. She needed
My medical is life long and this situation is not even close to behind me! I advised - I need help, she asks if I am receiving any income right now and advised her no I have applied for - until I can go back to work and have not received and answer yet. If I had income I would n't be asking for help! I adv her that I have been a loyal customer and obtaining almost every on of their products they have, I told her that this is discrimination and - from Wells Fargo agrees and says Right, but that is their deferment policy and even though I have been a good customer with Wells Fargo they cant give me a deferment because I have been a good customer, it would n't be fair to all their other customers. I said, I cant get a deferment for being on medical leave and cant get one for being a good customer and told her to just come get my car and she ignored that and said that I would need to keep the loan under 30 days past due then said she would transfer me to a Supervisor for help. The call is escalated to someone in management and speak with - the Supervisor and - tells me they do n't offer two month deferments and that I will have to go over 30 days past due and go back to work before they can offer a deferment, so I advised her that is not going to help me, I advised that I am trying to avoid accruing additional interest and negatively affecting my credit and advised this is discrimination and ended the call. Wells Fargo is discriminating and taking advantage of my situation. If I go past due they will make abundantly much more money off of my account versus helping me stay current with a two month deferment. If I go past due I will accrue additional interest, late fees, and a daily per diam for every day that I am late which is how they are taking advantage against me in my unfortunate situation. If they gave me a deferment for two months it will only extend my maturity date on the loan and accrue normal interest for that time period. I may be ill but am no dummy and plan to change banks for all my financial needs as soon as I am able. I can not believe Wells Fargo is trying to encourage me to become delinquent, I never thought they would n't be willing to help a good customer, but even in their own words having a medical hardship is not a hardship to them. If for some reason Wells Fargo has lost or destroyed the calls I made, I can provide a copy since I it is my legal right in the state of T- to do so and my right to protect myself.
