Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
This is an extension of complaint -. Syncrony bank states that they resolved the issue by mail. They resolved nothing. Nothing has been resolved with this matter. They violated FCRA - here in California. I filed a case against them and I was unable to show up because I am temporairly - and the court stated that I could file again against them if I chose to, which I plan to unless Synrony pays for the statuorty damages for contacting me by phone when i did not ask them to contact me by phone in writting and verbally. If Synchrony bank responds back stating that they have no record I will infact use that against them in court and they will have infact purgered themselves because they would be lying. I have all the records I need to show a judge ( AND ONLY THE JUDGE OR ON THE DAY SMALL CLAIMS COURT ) That I indeed was contacted and that the call was recorded. Please consider this my one any only chance to mediate this situation in the form of $1000.00 in debt forgiveness or I will be filing for $3000.00 in small claims court or perhaps giving this to a Civil attorney. Please do not contact me by phone about this matter you can email me, but no phone calls if you wish to discuss settlement -
