I have a savings account and was told that first I had to have a $2000.00 limit or be charged a service fee then I was told to avoid the service fee my account balance had to be $2500.00 or have a deposit of $75.00 monthly. I opted to have the deposit of $75.00 and was charged the service fee. This institution changes the requirements at will and now wo n't xplain why this service fee charge when their requirements were followed.
