In - 2015 I signed up for TransUnion 's credit score service. Unknowingly I was on a 70 day " free '' account which turned to a $ - paid subscription after that trial period. I have unwittingly been paying the subscription without any receipt or notification of my monthly auto-payments. During this time I have NEVER used their services. They increased the subscription amount to $ - without notification as well. I would like a refund for my payments which I never authorized. They total - auto payments from my credit card since - 2015. I am on a fixed income and really can not afford to miss out on this money. I feel like TransUnion has been running a scam to siphon off money from people without acknowledging them doing so.
