Citibank Credit card department,
I received a call from Citi yesterday - long story short, we are shy of 31 days paying the note and it was an oversight on our end ; sick baby, urgent care visits. The resolution from the call on -/-/2016 in the - was that a double payment will be made by the end of the day ( we fulfilled on our end ). On -/-/-, at - I received an email dismissing what the agreement was. On top of already charging a late fee of $37.00 and an interest of almost $140.00 - I feel like I am being slapped in the face. Are the emails normal protocol. I feel that I was not given an opportunity to fulfill on my end when I did. Makes me, the consumer, feel irresponsible and out of compliance. I did call Citi and the customer service rep did not seem to care.
