I originally had a loan set up for a new car I purchased through Wells Fargo Dealer Services. After a few months I decided to have my loan refinanced through a local credit union. The balance on the loan with Wells Fargo was paid in full by the credit union and yet Wells Fargo withdrew an additional $270.00 from my checking account. I have called a number of times to their customer service number and been told " no one that works here can talk to me about my charge. '' I emailed my complaint to Wells Fargo Dealer Services and they responded that it would have to be handled over the phone. This has been ongoing for over a month.
