I had an issue with Wells Fargo and their ACH Payment system. The first payment ACH was set for the minimum payment. But they charged me the full amount. This happened on -/-/16. I called them about it and they fixed it. And the automatic payment was - after-that. However, they made another attempt AGAIN on -/-/16. I called them yet again and they said they fixed it. BUT on -/-/16, they tried again. Therefore, I have - insufficient item. I did not authorize the second and third payment! OTher people are having this problem and Wells- fargo even though I called them -, IT DID NOT GET fixed when they said it did.
