I have never been delinquent. I prided myself in having a credit score above that - beacon mark due to my - businesses, - of which relies on my credit score to -. I also have several mortgages for rental properties and real property I own outright. A vast port folio you can say. That being said, I usually pull my credit reports ( all - ) every 3 months faithfully to stay on top on any issues that may arise. Needless to say I neglected to do so 4 months ago and so when I pulled it 30 days ago, I saw these
of these account off 6 months ago and they both showed a $0.00 balance on my - account and Macy 's account. - told me that he could not do anything so i requested a supervisor, manager, director, Vice President or President and told that I was willing to go up the chain of command to get this fixed asap. He stated that he would get a Manager to call me back but will On [ click to select a date ], I contacted Macys Credit and - account via email and phone to request that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. Macys Credit and - account would not agree to refund my money, insisting that the merchandise was on the way. n [ click to select a date ], I again requested that my order be cancelled and my money refunded, but I did not receive a response from the company. I have not yet received my order. I have enclosed a copy of the bill with the disputed charge highlighted, and copies of my email correspondence with Macys Credit and - account.
