Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score California

Equifax has denied me and others from being able to view my credit report. I called in to inform Equifax of certain inaccuracies on my report and from that point on I 've been mistreated by Equifax Office of Consumer Affairs. I have been hung up on and yelled at from several employees in the office of consumer affairs and its manger or supervisor by the name of -. She has instructed her employees to not even verify me and call me out by my name without verifying my identity. Now when I call I ca n't even reach an agent. They just blind transfer me to an empty voice mail based on my caller ID when I call in to get service on my file.
