- is stating that I owe them $150.00 for cancellation of contract. I requested verification that I had a signed contract and they only forwarded the attached forms. When I originally called on -/-/-16 they had nothing under my name or phone number. I am unaware of a contract being signed and their rate of - cents per - is reflective of the current rate from our local - - - - -. They sent me to collections with a company named Credit Protection Association LP. See attached
