Appllied for Toysrus master card in the month of - and I did not receive my card till - -. Called this company several times for the status and every time they say they are expediting the process, but issues not resolved.Customer service used to say previous request was not processed and they will complete a new request this time and it kept on happened for 5 times in the month of - and -. No response on why they are not able to process the card. They did my credit check and approved the card We already spent more than - in toysrus using my other cards and lost my 10 % discount for card holder which is approximately - $ It 's really a worst customer service I have ever had
