Equifax Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Texas

This is a account that continues to report negatively to my credit that is not mine. It lists me as a authorized user, but stopped reporting -/-/2015. The company agreed to remove this from my credit report since it was not mine debt and sent me this in writing and verbal agreement via phone - but - days later it still appears. Equifax is not updating their report or the company did not due as they are required. It is also reporting a late, which is not mine, which is negatively affecting my credit score, and ability to obtain new credit and qualify for a mortgage.
