I first got a letter from credit protection association to pay my bill I was worried and payed it off right away and now they have been harassing me through mail and phone, one male on customer service was very rude was yelling at me and saying my payment did n't go through and if I did n't pay my credit will get hurt. The latest letter i had is -/-/2016
