Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease North Carolina

Wells Fargo continues to report an unresolved auto loan balance on my credit report that is not my responsibility. I have contacted Wells Fargo about this on numerous occasions, and provided them with the court documents which transfers the liability, but they refuse to take action.
