Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Maryland

I received an email from equifax stating that - - was deleted from my credit file. I checked my credit report today online and I saw that equifax failed to remove - - off my report. So I called and spoke with a representative and they stated they do n't see the letter that I was sent in there system and that the only thing they could do was start another investigation for the third time which is totally unacceptable and we 'll be young the 30 day mark.
