Equifax is reporting an unknown account -/unknown company is reporting information on my credit file. I have notified them that this is not my account. I have also asked them to send me proof that I am obligated to pay them for this debt if they are suggesting that the debt is mine. I have not received any proof that they own this debt or that I am obligated to pay them. This account needs to be remove from my credit file. This is not my debt. This company have violated the FCRA by not providing me with proof that I am obligated to pay them and reporting a debt that do not belong to me.
