I have called - and TransUnion to correct my credit report. - seems to have got it right. However, I have called TransUnion twice and also written a letter to their CEO to complain about one of their supposed supervisors whose attitude was deplorable and after spending an hour on the phone twice with TransUnion they still have things on my credit report that should have been removed. There are duplicates and the second person did not change one thing that I told her to. She was obnoxious and did not do her job and I am now reporting them for fraud as they continue to not correct the problems on my credit report. They have lowered my score since talking with this supervisor because they did not correct and they added an additional bankruptcy after I have worked very hard to improve my credit score and have done so with the exception of TransUnion. And they apparently did it with the blessing of their CEO. I want this investigated because after my husbands brain injury we have both successfully brought up our credit score and TransUnion has duplicates and has added another bankruptcy and their has been no such occurrence. I 'm sick and tired of the poor oversight on these agencies and with - their is no actual phone number unless you pay for and get your hard copy report and then then they give you a number to call. This needs to be investigated. They have my husbands credit on mine and mine on his. And they have credit that was released in bankruptcy and should no longer be on my report. And they have accounts on their twice in a number of instances. I want them to contact me and we must get this score where it should be. The other agencies have, so what is their problem. And I want the CEO checked out to because he knows it has not been corrected and because he may know this person is allowing the corrections to not be made.
