Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score California

I 've responded to Equifax by faxing my information they requested on - -, 2016 four different times to the fax number of - and -. I followed up on the matter and received no resolution. I spoke to a - from the office of consumer affairs on -/-/16 and was rudely talked too and loud talked to the point, I could n't get a word in and got hung up on. I 've followed up again on -/-/16 and received the same rep and received the same level of service and got hung up on again. I totally feel discrimated and mistreated by the office of consumer affairs and its employees.
