Citibank Credit card department,
I contacted you several months ago concerning a balance on a citi card. IUI I heard from - almost immediately and got a very satis- fying result. She was very pleasant. But she did not report the result to - and now I still have a bad credit rating and am unable to get a Sears credit card for - shopping. Can you please see that she follows through and that my previous good credit is restored. the case # - the citi advantage card ended - thanking you in advance for helping me in this regard. - -
