Citibank Credit card department,
I APPLIED FOR A HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD ON OR ABOUT - - 2016. THE CARD DID NOT ARRIVE AFTER 3 WEEKS, SO I CALLED HOME DEPOT AND INQUIRED AS TO WHY. APPARENTLY, THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. SO I GAVE THEM THE CORRECT ADDRESS ( THIS DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS WAS ON THE APPLICATION. ) THE CARD NEVER ARRIVED. I CALLED AGAIN, AND AGAIN I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I CALLED AGAIN, AND AGAIN I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, ETC. THE DAY MY APPLICATION WAS APPROVED, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD GO TO ANY HOME DEPOT STORE AND PROVIDE ID AND I WOULD BE ABLE TO CHARGE MY PURCHASE. I MADE A SMALL PURCHASE ON OR ABOUT - -. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE DUE DATE FOR PAYMENT HAS PASSED AND I AM NOW BEING CHARGED LATE FEES OR OTHER FEES FOR NON PAYMENT, AND THAT THIS FALSE INFORMATIION IS BEING REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS. TODAY IS THE 4TH TIME I CALLED HOME DEPOT ABOUT MY CARD. ALL I GOT WAS THE RUN AROUND. I WANT MY CARD. IN THE MEANTIME, I CAN NOT EVEN CANCEL THE ACCOUNT SINCE I DO NOT KNOW THE ACCOUNT NUMBER BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED A CARD! HELP!!!
