Had a - mortgage for a number of years. In 2012I - was unable to work. I called -, they told me that they would work with me. They forclosed on me instead. I was able to stop the sale by borrowing -. They told me that I would be able to get a 2 % loan. I could never get all the documents they wanted ... I always needed one more.They have since sold my loan to Nationstar. Nationstar put me on a trial payment. They told me that I would get a better rate and a lower payment. They kept the rate the same and extended the mortgage 10 years.
