Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Florida

I have applied for a mortgage refinance. My credit scores on - and - are excellent in the mid - 's. There is a credit freeze on the Equifax system. So far I have been unable to have this removed as they either will not or can not send me some - digit code. I 've written to them, sent the money and have scanned all their on line info. All their phones are automated. Today I received an automated message advising I had no credit file. I need the freeze released permanently as my rate lock will expire. I have been working on this issue since -/-/-. Thank you for your assistance.
