Citibank Credit card department,
I have contacted citibank and can not get through to there - fraud department or to anyone knowledgeable. On - -, I placed a fraud alert on my credit report due to recent fraudulent activity wit - -. - -, there was a Citibank N.A hard inquiry placed on my account. I have contacted the credit bureau regarding in which I was told I would have to contact the financial institution and get something in writing to send to them. I have contacted Citibank 2 days in the row in which I was told I wold have to speak with every single card department they have to figure out what type of card was applied for. That is absolutely ridiculous! How can I know what type of card was applied for? Am I supposed to find the person who did it and ask them? All I would like is for the information to be taken off of my account.
