Equifax Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info New York

On my Equifax Credit Report, the account " - - - '' should totally be removed. It was already removed from - and - but for some reason Equifax has n't removed it yet. I received a letter in the mail a while back saying they would remove the account from all - credit bureaus and I simply need your help in getting this issue resolved as soon as possible.
