On -/-/2016 I logged onto my - account which stated on -/-/2016 my Equifax report had been updated and I had - changes to my report everything had been removed from my file besides - address and - collections account. Thinking it was maybe just an error I call Equifax on -/-/2016 and spoke with a young lady whom was very sweet, I told her I was calling to check on my file due to receiving some info from - she attempted to verify my account, but then stated I would need to send in my dl because I basically did not have a file, I asked her why and also stated to her that I even had an open dispute, she asked could she place me on hold so she could ask with he superior, I told her sure, I was on hold about 5 minutes then she told me she have my info now. She was as helpful as she could be. I received another notification basically stating all my info had been added back to my credit file, which I 'm OK with that, but however when everything was added back it made may credit score drop, which is n't that high to begin with.
