Hi, I used PayPal to send and receive money. I always say to take the money out of my bank account if I make a purchase so I can keep track of my purchases for film and tv purposes ( I work for - ). However, my friend sent me $500.00 AFTER these purchases were made and AFTER I had verification that these purchases came out of my bank account, and they used this as the money to pay with even though I had already told them to take it out of my account. Additionally, i tried to give the money back to the people on -/-/- and -/-/-, and PayPal Charged me twice. Once when they sent it and once when I returned it. So, I was charged $30.00. When I reported this, they said I was only charged once, but I can clearly see I was charged twice - they told me i. i need this fixed in the system before I can withdraw money for tax purposes - I need the -, - and - charges to come out of my bank account, not the PayPal balance - which came after I made the purchases over the weekend. I made the purchases prior to this..I was on hold and they told me I needed to talk to a specialist, but when they transferred me that office was closed. Additionally, when - sent me money in -/-/-, she also sent it the wrong way, I was charged - and promised by Pay Pal to have this money refunded, though it never happened. The person at PayPal, said this money should not have come out in this manner and they apologize, but he said only a specialist can fix this for - tax records. Can you help look into these issues for me? They owe me $60.00 in fees that were promised back to me. Additionally, I need the monies to be canceled if they can not fix it.
