Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
This is in regards to Wells Fargo - CA I have had this Visa Card for many years. I fell behind but continued to pay. I started noticing Monthly fees for Purchases & Cash Advances. I have not purchased anything on this card since in over 10years & cash advances were paid back when my payroll check was deposited. I have been requesting an explanation of fees since the beginning of this year. There has been no response other than they are looking into it and I am free to call the dispute dept. I want a visual of what I purchased and what cash advances I have generated. My balance is - 90 % is Cash Advance Interest, Purchase Interest & Late fees. I do n't use this card. They do not respond other that emailing me in my in-box telling we they are working on it and I am a valued customer. Nothing is personalized. I have advised them I am not paying until this matter has been addressed ... Please help.
