Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Texas

Back in -/-/2016 I sent a certified letter disputing some things and i received the green card back on -/-/2016 and they sent me a letter asking me to show my identity I sent it in certified and i received the card also and i called them and they are saying that they did n't get any of my information but i received the - stated that They had gotten the information. And in -/-/- i called and spoke to another Representative and she open up a new despite and i did not approve of that. And now i called back to speak with a supervisor on -/-/2016 about what is going on and now they have put on things that i have destitute in the past from a year ago and this has affected my credit report in a negative way.
