I obtained my credit report and It shows I have a debt of $110.00. I had a zero balance on this card and I thought the card was closed. I called to try and dispute the debt. I got in contact with - ... I just wanted the information to dispute the debt. I told him that I am recording the call also and he hung up in my face. I called back and received - again to dispute the file. He said that I came to them for the card and that is the reason that I ca n't record him. I asked for his - and he said no. If I did n't like the rules he can forward me to the - vice president and I can complain to him. I am disputing this debt and I asked him for the information in which to dispute the debt.. He hung up in my face again.
