Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I paid $2000.00 on a balance of $2200.00 on my AE Synchrony Bank credit card on - -, 2016. It has been 8 days, and my available to spend is still $0.00 dollars. I am being punished for paying my card balance off each month. I have been making large electronic payments twice a month, every month. They have always posted the payments the very next day, and cleared my Checking account the next day. This time, however, they are holding the payment for no apparent reason - even thought it shows they received it on -/-/16, and also cleared my checking account on -/-/16. When I spoke to them on -/-/16, they had no explanation as to why, and they refused to help me. As of today, -/-/16, I still do not have this available credit.
