Someone used my Wells Fargo Visa card fraudulently and charged - on the card without my permission while I was away in Florida. Wells Fargo contacted me to advise me that a - Police Detective had contacted them to advise them that they arrested someone in possession of my card and that I need to contact this detective for further information, which i did. Afterwords I contacted Wells Fargo to file a fraud claim. They denied my claim stating that I had called them from a verified number to confirm certain transactions. I told them I never called them. I sent them copies of my phone bill showing I never called them. I sent them the police report. Then they said my voice was confirmed to match the voice that called to verify charges previously. I again advised them I never called them for any reason. They stated I called from this number -. This is not my phone number. Now I am stuck with this - bill which they refuse to dispute.
