I am in the middle of trying to close on a mortgage, and at first - was refusing to take a persistent dispute notation off my account, today on -/-/2016 i find out on -/-/2016 the creditor Blakely Witt and Assoc, denied my request to get a persistent dispute notation removed off my credit, now they are holding my credit report hostage and not allowing me to close on a home loan, time is of the essence as i was fighting - for weeks and now i have to fight them over this. I am expected to close in the next couple weeks, and still can not get approved due to this persistent dispute notation that they are now holding my report hostage preventing me from a home loan, if this keeps up i am going to lose my escrow money. Please help
