Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Massachusetts

I received a credit report from Equifax in -/-/- and realized my date of birth was incorrect. I was told to fax over my personal information which was ; copy of drivers license and social security card. My DOB was updated. In -/-/- I received another credit report from Equifax and it had several addresses that were not mine, a formally known name that was not mine, a social security number that was not mine. A - credit card with a $10000.00 line of credit and a - account that is not mine. I have disputed twice once by fax and once by certified mail. The result from the first dispute is they would not be removing any of the incorrect information and the credit report remained unchanged. Second response is Equifax could not make out my social security number and license. I have mailed a copy of a recent utility bill and a - form. I went to a professional copy shop to have copies of all of these documents copied since this was a response I received in the past. I am in the consumers affairs department which means I have lost the ability to have online access to my credit file and i applied for a credit card and was denied based on the inability of the creditor to pull my credit report from Equifax. Equifax told me I was in this department indefinitely and they refused to give me a reason why. I can not discuss over the phone my report with Equifax. I would really like your assistance in gaining access to my credit report on line and having a correct credit report.
