Paypal Credit 's website is confusing and does not accurately reflect all activity. When speaking with representatives like -, it 's confusing to them and they can barely follow along with it. I am not receiving statements, which proves it difficult to determine the due dates on the accounts. The Reps are n't knowledgeable and the only thing they repeat to you is the amount due on the screen.
