Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC ( PRA, LLC ) is attempting to collect on an alleged debt in the amount of $1.00, - that is not mine. They are threatening reporting action to the IRS as if the alleged debt was extra income, if I do n't pay them $600.00. The debt is not mine and I will not be held responsible for paying for an alleged debt that is not mine.
