I have a credit card and and an unsecured loan with WF. My payments are $500.00 plus on one and $ 200plus on the other. I have asked WF to consolidate these loans so that I can reduce my payments. My payments are on draft so I have never been late. WF underwriters keep telling me they can not do this. With consolidation I can have a lower payment each month and your loan is paid off. I am so sick of asking WF TO HELP ME, instead of their bottom dollar. There is no loss to you or me. It just helps me which I thought WF would try and help their customers. For so long I tried to get a refinance on my mortgage, which my local bank said was not authorized by your underwriters. I took a job in Florida and guess what they had no problem helping me out and refinanced my loan. I am being forced to seek help from the banking regulators just have a loan consolidation which is ridiculous. BEFORE I DO THIS ... .PLEASE HELP ME! I have my mortgage with you, I owe $160.00 plus..but the market place in our country club says it s worth -, but can not get an equity loan with you! PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS!
