Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Texas

I have worked with Equifax for over a year to try and get my credit score from them. I signed up for the $29.00 a month service to pull my credit and every time I have tried since - - of 2015 it fails. They have also not supplied my credit files companies and cost me buying a boat this -. I have called, faxed, email literately over 100 times. I always get the standard answer " we have to escalate your problem and it will take 7-10 days '' no one ever contacts me and it never fixes anything. They are saying my credit file is too big but I have never had a problem with the other - bureaus. I am hiring a lawyer next being I am being held hostage from seeing my credit and I paying a monthly fee not to see which really sucks! I am attaching a few of the - emails I have to and from them in the last year for proof. Remember this is less then 5 % of the failed emails and case numbers. I have outstanding credit and I being punished for some reason unknown to me by Equifax!
