Equifax Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Nevada

This is another complaint with equifax and has to do with my other complaint Case number : - why are they reinvestigating that account with the furnisher? are there any humans working there? the dispute is with EQ not the furnisher. EQ allowed previously deleted collections account with - to be reinstated without notifying me and breaking the law. Are there any humans working at the CFPB? it seems EQ and CFPB JUST USE AUTOMATED SYSTEMS TO ANSWER EACH OTHER. THEIR RESPONSE IS REINVESTIGATE. WHICH IN 30 DAYS WILL COME BACK AS VERIFIED. WHEN THAT IS NOT MY COMPLAINT. MY COMPLAINT IS WITH EQ NOT -. BUT YOU LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT. NOT ADDRESSING THE COMPLAINT FILED. IM A - VET AND IM GETTING TIRED OF THE RUN AROUND. MAYBE ILL WRIGHT A LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA BEFORE HE LEAVES OFFICE. HE CARES FOR VETS. THIS IS WHAT THE FCRA SAYS ABOUT DELETED ACCOUNTS. TELL EQ IF THEY DONT REMOVE THAT ACCOUNT IN 1 WEEK IM GOING TO SUE THEM FOR BREAKING THE FCRA LAWS.
