Equifax Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Ohio

I have worked with - bank regarding a loan that was paid off in -. It started to appear in my negative credit portion of my account in - - showing I was currently delinquent. I worked with the bank and OCC and they removed it from all my credit bureau as it should have been in my positive credit. Please see the attachments for - of -. All - bureaus were corrected. Then in - Equifax started reporting it incorrectly again. I worked with the bank again and OCC and they - have determined it should be removed ENTIRELY off my credit. I have enclosed the letters dated for - - of the investigation that was completed. I have waited for a number of weeks and Equifax is still reporting it negatively. I have disputed it again with Equifax and they refused to remove it from my credit. Please see the most recent credit dispute with them. This is costing me more money in loans as my credit score is not correct and creating a hardship. The - Bank account needs to be removed immediately from my credit. If it continued to report, I will have to file a lawsuit again Equifax and - bank. I have indisputable evidence that the OCC and - bank - agree the information that is being reported by Equifax is incorrect and is in violation of the fair credit reporting.
